Yukka employs novel methods for superior Data Mining results by applying state-of-the-art speech technology, the automatic processing of speech and texts.
Speech technology is a form of applied computational linguistics, dealing for example with the classification of texts. It outperforms traditional methods by following a meaning-based, “semantic” approach. Designated data collections can be searched for relevant keywords (e.g. Mercedes-Benz, hybrid vehicle, innovation), and the results will be clustered into meaningful categories. Furthermore, semantic classification results will only include those articles, commentaries and news items which contain the search terms and which are logically related to each other.
